The service started out great - the company successfully brought our pool from "green to clean." The owners seemed like great people with great service philosophy. Unfortunately, after a year of service we had to cancel - the service quality went down, the technician typically spent 5 minutes servicing our pool and it was never vacuumed. We had to hire another company (while still receiving service from Pool Duck) to come and rescue our pool. When we called to cancel, noone asked as to why or solicited any feedback.

I would highly recommend Pool Duck! Zach and Cam did a thorough inspection of my pool equipment and an excellent job communicating what needed to be done to ensure all was up and running properly. They are a pool company that I trust!
