⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a fantastic experience with Pool Duck! Their communication is excellent, they’re always punctual, and they do an outstanding job keeping my pool crystal clear and ready to enjoy. A special shout-out to my pool technician, Alex. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and takes great pride in his work. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about doing the job right every single visit. Knowing my pool is in Alex’s hands gives me complete peace of mind. The service started out great - the company successfully brought our pool from "green to clean." The owners seemed like great people with great service philosophy. Unfortunately, after a year of service we had to cancel - the service quality went down, the technician typically spent 5 minutes servicing our pool and it was never vacuumed. We had to hire another company (while still receiving service from Pool Duck) to come and rescue our pool. When we called to cancel, noone asked as to why or solicited any feedback.

I would highly recommend Pool Duck! Zach and Cam did a thorough inspection of my pool equipment and an excellent job communicating what needed to be done to ensure all was up and running properly. They are a pool company that I trust!

Highly professional, punctual, and caring

I started using Pool Duck 7 months ago after being recommended by two separate neighbors who uses them and COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER. The pool technician emails you after each service with images of before and after pictures and a breakdown of any chemicals and how much he uses. They are truly an awesome and communicative company that I would highly recommend!
